Legal Regulation of Economy (Master’s Degree)

The programme “Legal Regulation of Economy” offers a depth study of the state and law as fundamental social institutions and knowledge in the field of legal regulation of economic activities.

The programme teaches analysis and understanding of the processes of formation and development of economic turnover, as well as legal regulation of private law relations and their protection.

A graduate of the programme is able to develop and implement legal norms related to economic turnover, provide legal advice to participants in private law relations, participate in negotiation processes, identify problems of functioning of private law institutions and structures, find ways to solve them, conduct research and effective information search based on modern scientific concepts, competently set and solve research and practical tasks in the field of legal regulation of economic activities.
